Information we store
We store your account email, sign-in session, trial and subscription status; project and agency names, due dates, content, images and review notes; and a client email if you enable reminders. Cloudflare hosts the app and its D1 database. Account and project data may be processed outside your country. Project access keys are hashed for authentication and encrypted for recovery through your account.
Who can access content
Anyone with a private project link can access that project. Agency links also permit reviews and deletion. Keep links confidential, and replace a client link if it is exposed. Only share website copy and brand assets you have permission to use, not passwords or sensitive personal documents.
Email and payments
AWS Simple Email Service processes sign-in codes and opted-in project reminders. We store delivery acceptance or failure records for 30 days. Reminders are optional and can be stopped from the client checklist. We do not subscribe you or your clients to marketing. Dodo Payments processes checkout, billing and payment details under its own policies. We store billing identifiers and subscription status, but do not receive or store card numbers. Support correspondence is used to resolve your request.
Retention and deletion
You can delete a project from the agency workspace. Projects remain accessible for 90 days after the trial or latest paid period ends, then are deleted by hourly maintenance. You can export content before that deadline. Backups may retain deleted data according to Cloudflare’s backup lifecycle. Sessions expire after 30 days and sign-in codes after 10 minutes. Contact support to delete your account; cancel any subscription first. Billing records may need to be retained for accounting or legal obligations.
Cookies, logs and the demo
A necessary session cookie keeps you signed in. Private links and demo content are stored in your browser session. The demo uses fictional data and does not upload demo content. Hosting providers process ordinary request metadata for service operation and security. We use short-lived hashed rate-limit records to prevent abuse. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
Your choices
Contact support to request access, correction, export or deletion of personal data. You may also have rights to object, restrict processing or complain to a relevant authority, depending on where you live. External file links follow the access and privacy settings of their hosting service.
