Terms & refund policy

The service
Create a website project with eight predefined content requests, share a private client link, collect text, HTTPS file links and PNG/JPEG/WebP images up to 512 KB each, review content and export it. Optional email reminders are sent every three days while items are missing or need changes. You must have your client’s permission before enabling reminders. Clients can stop reminders from their checklist.
Trial and subscription
New accounts receive one project for 14 days without a payment card. The trial does not turn into a paid subscription automatically. The Agency plan is US$19 per month, plus applicable taxes, for up to five stored projects at a time. Delete completed projects to make room. Dodo Payments handles checkout and bills monthly until cancelled. The total and payment terms are shown before you confirm a purchase.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancel future renewals through Manage billing / cancel in your dashboard. Access continues through the paid period unless a payment is refunded or reversed. Request a refund of your first subscription payment within seven days by emailing support@bytkit.com from your account email. Renewal payments are generally non-refundable, except duplicate or erroneous charges or where required by law. Full refunds end paid access and cancel future renewal. Refund requests are reviewed by support and processed through the payment provider. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Content and retention
You own your content and grant us permission to store and display it to provide this service. Submit only material you have permission to share. Do not upload unlawful content, passwords, identity documents or sensitive financial or health records. Protect private links and keep backups. When trial or paid access ends, projects become read-only for export and are retained for 90 days, then deleted during maintenance. Agency users can delete projects earlier.
Fair use and availability
Do not use the service for spam, harassment or abuse, or attempt to access someone else’s projects. Rate limits protect sign-in and reminder delivery. This early-access service may change or experience interruptions. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that email will reach every inbox. Contact support for help exporting content, resolving billing issues or deleting your account. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
